When a company's stock plunges, executives frequently must face shareholder lawsuits claiming managers defrauded investors by hiding bad news. Many suits get dismissed; most others end in settlements. But JDS Uniphase last year took a shareholder suit against it to trial, and won.

Following the web 2.0 trend, it allows users to create databases very quickly using an easy to use interface. Once created the database is secure and can only be accessed by users added by the original creator.
